Coronation Ball

The Krewe of Orion presented its 2012 Royal Court on Saturday, January 7, 2012, at its 14th annual Coronation Ball. This traditional, formal ceremony signals the official beginning of the Krewe of Orion’s 2012 Mardi Gras season. The presentation was made before a gathering of royal subjects, including the Krewe of Orion Captain, President, officers, lieutenants, members, and their guests.

The evening included an enthusiastic encore presentation of the 2011 Royal Court and Krewe of Orion Kings and Queens from years past.

The 2012 Royal Court and all of their subjects spent a fun-filled evening dancing and listening to the sounds of Souled Out.
