The Krewe of Orion presented its 2010 Royal Court on Friday, October 16, 2009, at its 12th annual Coronation Ball at the Country Club of Louisiana. This traditional, formal ceremony marked the official beginning of the Krewe of Orion’s 2010 Mardi Gras season. The event was held before a gathering of royal subjects, including the Krewe of Orion Captain, President, officers, lieutenants, members, and their guests. The highlight of the evening was the entrance and presentation of the Royal Court for 2010. The Royal Court and all of their subjects spent a fun-filled evening dancing and listening to the sounds of Magnola.
